1. How to choose your size

Our products are one size only, designed to fit women as well as men.

2. Do I need to sign in to place an order?

Yes, this makes it easier to process your order and means you can track your orders online. Your details remain strictly confidential and will not be passed on to third parties under any circumstances.

3. Is there any risk with making online payments?

Payments made via bank card on our sainthonoremonaco website are completely secure. For more information, see the SECURE PAYMENT page.

4. I have a problem with my order, what should I do?

Email our Customer Services department at info@tefilexgroup.com. They will reply as soon as possible.

5. Do you deliver abroad?

Yes, certainly, according to the terms and conditions set out on the website

6. How long are your delivery times?

We aim to dispatch your purchases within one or two working days of receiving your order, once it is checked and payment by credit card is confirmed.
We do everything we can to dispatch your purchases within two (2) working days from receiving your order, once it is checked and authorisation is received from your bank. Saturdays, Sundays and bank holidays are not classed as working days.
Delivery is carried out by Colissimo within France and Europe, and by DHL for other countries. Our delivery times are subject to products being available and payment being received.
When estimating the delivery time for a parcel, please bear in mind the time required to receive payment, check the address and process the order. Orders are dispatched within 48 hours, and delivery by Colissimo takes between 2 and 3 working days.

7. I may be out when the parcel is delivered. How can I pick it up?

If you are out, a card will be left in your letter box so you can go collect the parcel the following day from your post office. The courier service will also suggest another delivery.
You could also consider having the parcel delivered to your workplace by amending the delivery address on your next order.

8. How can I track my parcel?

Once your parcel is dispatched, we will send you a confirmation email with a link enabling you to track your parcel in real time. In the event of a problem, contact us at info@tefilexgroup.com

9. Can I return a product?

Any item purchased may be returned to us by Colissimo within 15 days of the date of placing the order. The customer is responsible for the cost of returning items. See the DELIVERY page for details on how to proceed.
