Returns and exchanges
Customers have a 15-day withdrawal period from delivery of the products ordered. Products ordered at the normal rate must be returned/exchanged within 15 days of delivery; discounted products cannot be returned/exchanged unless there is a defect, and this within 10 days of delivery.
Returns and exchanges will be processed as quickly as possible and at the latest within 30 working days of the request being received.
Saint Honore Monaco will agree to refund and/or exchange the goods provided these are in their original condition and accompanied by their original sales invoice. Please note that we cannot accept worn, used, altered or damaged goods.
Each shipment contains easy-to-follow instructions for returning or exchanging the goods delivered. Please note that returns and exchanges must be made through sainthonoremonaco.com and in accordance with the appropriate instructions.
The full amount for the product returned will be recredited to the credit card used to pay for the product. Your credit card account will be credited when the product returned is processed, and the credit will appear on your next statement.
Please note that the shipping costs are non-refundable, unless there has been an error in the original delivery.
We will endeavour to avoid any delay regarding the refund or exchange, and you will receive a confirmation e-mail once the return/exchanged has been processed.
We recommend you ship the goods via Colissimo or by insured parcel post for better tracking. Saint Honore Monaco will not provide a refund or compensation for returned parcels that are lost, stolen or damaged during transport.
Please note that some products are shipped with a returns/exchange label.
The return or exchange of these specific products will only be honoured if the label is intact and the aforementioned instructions followed.
Saint Honore Monaco reserves the right to refuse the returns or exchange requests for any goods that do not meet the above criteria.
The exchange of a product purchased via sainhonoremonaco.com takes place in two stages:
- make a selection on the website to identify and purchase the replacement product;
- return the original product following the steps set out in the previous section. The product returned must be received by Saint Honore Monaco in its original condition and fulfilment of a new order is conditional on products being available on sainthonoremonaco.com. The customer shall be responsible for the shipping costs for any product(s) returned, unless there has been an error by Saint Honore Monaco in the original delivery. Your replacement products will be sent to you via Colissimo without additional charge.
An exchange shall be limited to the exchange of one item for the same item of a different size or colour.
The only methods of payment accepted for on-line purchases via the sainthonoremonaco.com website shall be the following:
- Bank card (Visa, Mastercard)
The customer’s account will be debited after a maximum of 4 days following the order date and this will be considered as effective once the agreement is confirmed by the payment centres. As a precaution, ensure that the billing address provided to sainthonoremonaco.com corresponds exactly to the address recorded with your credit card provider. There may be a delay in processing your order if there is a difference.
We do not accept:
- Personal cheques
- Bank transfers
