This website is operated by the company Tefilex Group S.A.M. (hereinafter referred to as SAINT HONORE MONACO, Les Beaux Tabliers), a public limited company with a share capital of €150,000, with its head office at 1 Avenue Albert II, 98000 Monaco MC and entered in the Monaco Business Register under number RCI 05 S 04333.
Purpose
The purpose of these General conditions of sale is to define the rights and obligations of both parties, within the exclusive framework of the relationship established between then over the internet, with regard to any on-line sale of the Products offered on the website. They regulate the steps needed to place an order and ensure this order is tracked. These conditions shall apply to the exclusion of any other document.
Product availability and authenticity
The Les Beaux Tabliers - Saint Honoré Monaco products offered for sale on the website are ready to wear. All these products are available within the limits of the stock available; we also reserve the right to limit the quantity of products supplied, to only deliver part of an order or to split orders, as well as to modify the terms or duration of validity for any special offer or promotion. In the event that one of the products is unavailable, we will inform you of this directly through the website. We guarantee the authenticity of all the products offered for sale on the Website. The Les Beaux Tabliers - Saint Honoré Monaco products are made using the highest quality materials, design and labour. The products are intended for personal or professional use and are unisex.
Purchase procedure
Depending on availability, purchases can be made directly via the sainthonoremonaco.com website, or with the help of one of our on-line personal assistants or via email for specific requests in terms of quantity or product customisation.
Pricing
The prices shown on the sainthonoremonaco.com website are in EURO, inclusive of tax. Despite our efforts to display exact prices on the website, errors may occur. If you notice an error in the price of the goods you have ordered, we will give you the choice between re-confirming your order at the correct price or cancelling this. If we are unable to contact you, we will consider the order to have been cancelled.
The prices shown include the shipping costs for France, and exclude the delivery charge for orders from other EC countries and the rest of the world. The user will be informed of these on final confirmation of the order.
Payment
The only methods of payment accepted for on-line purchases via the sainthonoremonaco.com website shall be the following:
- Bank card The customer’s account will be debited after a maximum of 4 days following the order date and this will be considered as effective once the agreement is confirmed by the payment centres. As a precaution, ensure that the billing address provided to sainthonoremonaco.com corresponds exactly to the address recorded with your credit card provider. There may be a delay in processing your order if there is a difference.
We do not accept:

Modifications and cancellations
If you want to cancel or amend your order, please send an e-mail as soon as possible to: info@tefilexgroup.com. We will endeavour to satisfy your request in as far as possible. However, please note that the orders are processed as quickly as possible and that once an order has been placed we cannot guarantee that it has been cancelled or amended.

Packaging
The products purchased on-line via the sainthonoremonaco.com website are shipped in quality packaging suitable for gifts.
Shipping and delivery
Please note that, for security reasons, on-line purchases made via the sainthonoremonaco.com website require the signature of a person of legal age on delivery. It shall be understood that no delivery can be made to P.O. Boxes.
All purchases are shipped via Colissimo (French parcel post). To calculate the delivery lead time for your purchase, you should add one or two working days to the shipping time shown, to allow for your order to be processed. Orders are processed and delivered Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Sainthonoremonaco.com cannot be held liable for unexpected delays.
You will receive a confirmation e-mail when your purchase has been shipped so that you can track your shipment. We will send you a delivery confirmation by e-mail once we receive notification from Colissimo that your purchase has actually been delivered.

Deliveries in mainland France are made by Colissimo and are free-of-charge regardless of the quantity.
Deliveries in Europe are made by Colissimo; the rates applicable depend on the zone and are established in accordance with the quantities purchased.
Deliveries for the rest of the world are made by DHL; the rates applicable depend on the zone and are established in accordance with the quantities purchased.
Guarantees: returns and exchanges
Customers have a 15-day withdrawal period from delivery of the products ordered. Products ordered at the normal rate must be returned/exchanged within 15 days of delivery; discounted products cannot be returned/exchanged unless there is a defect, and this within 10 days of delivery.
Returns and exchanges will be processed as quickly as possible and at the latest within 30 working days of the request being received.
Saint Honore Monaco will agree to refund and/or exchange the goods provided these are in their original condition and accompanied by their original sales invoice. Please note that we cannot accept worn, used, altered or damaged goods.
Each shipment contains easy-to-follow instructions for returning or exchanging the goods delivered. Please note that returns and exchanges must be made through sainthonoremonaco.com and in accordance with the appropriate instructions.
The full amount for the product returned will be recredited to the credit card used to pay for the product. Your credit card account will be credited when the product returned is processed, and the credit will appear on your next statement.
Please note that the shipping costs are non-refundable, unless there has been an error in the original delivery.
We will endeavour to avoid any delay regarding the refund or exchange, and you will receive a confirmation e-mail once the return/exchanged has been processed.
We recommend you ship the goods via Colissimo or by insured parcel post for better tracking. Saint Honore Monaco will not provide a refund or compensation for returned parcels that are lost, stolen or damaged during transport.
Please note that some products are shipped with a returns/exchange label.
The return or exchange of these specific products will only be honoured if the label is intact and the aforementioned instructions followed.
Saint Honore Monaco reserves the right to refuse the returns or exchange requests for any goods that do not meet the above criteria.
The exchange of a product purchased via sainhonoremonaco.com takes place in two stages:
- make a selection on the website to identify and purchase the replacement product;
- return the original product following the steps set out in the previous section. The product returned must be received by Saint Honore Monaco in its original condition and fulfilment of a new order is conditional on products being available on sainthonoremonaco.com. The customer shall be responsible for the shipping costs for any product(s) returned, unless there has been an error by Saint Honore Monaco in the original delivery. Your replacement products will be sent to you via Colissimo without additional charge.
An exchange shall be limited to the exchange of one item for the same item of a different size or colour.
Errors and inaccuracies
We will do whatever is necessary to provide full, exact and up-to-date information on our website. However, we cannot guarantee that a website will be free from human or technical errors. This website may contain typing errors, inaccuracies or omissions, particularly with regard to the prices and availability, and product information. We will do whatever is necessary to correct these errors, inaccuracies or omissions, including after an order has been shipped, and to modify or update this information at any time without warning.
Personal data and security
The personal information collected within the framework of on-line sales is required to process and deliver orders, as well as for invoicing purposes. This information is strictly confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties, with the exception of subsidiaries of Saint Honore Monaco. Any missing information will lead to the order being automatically refused.
In accordance with Law 78-17 of 6 January 1974 on Data Protection, all personal information collected on the Website shall form the subject of a record with the CNIL (Commission Nationale de l'Informatique et des Libertés = French Data Protection Agency). Saint Honore Monaco shall endeavour to maintain appropriate security measures to protect the information with which you have entrusted us. However, despite reasonable measures to protect this personal data from fraudulent access, use or disclosure, we cannot guarantee that data sent over the internet is fully protected against access by unauthorized users. Saint Honore Monaco cannot be held liable in the event of a security violation, unless the said violation was attributable to negligence on its part.
Cookies
The Saint Honore Monaco website only uses “session” cookies. These cookies only allow for storing temporary data linked to the current session (products selected, time spent on the website, etc.). The information thus collected is in no event nominative and is not kept from one session to the next.
Liability
With regard to access to the website, processing orders, deliveries or provision of subsequent services, Saint Honore Monaco shall be solely bound to an obligation of means. Saint Honore Monaco cannot be held liable for any disadvantage or damage inherent in the use of the Internet, in particular interruptions in service, third-party intrusions or the presence of computer viruses.
Law – applicable jurisdiction
The terms and conditions of sale, as well as the contractual regulations between Saint Honore Monaco and the user shall be governed by Monegasque law. The Parties shall agree that the courts of Monaco (MC) shall have jurisdiction in any action bought further or in relation to these conditions of use.
